• TX – James Orenstein, Trinity River Community Solar Systems (TRCSS), 
  Trinity River Community Solar Systems (TRCSS) is a 501c3 non-profit created to develop & design renewable and sustainable energy resources for communities that cannot provide those resources on their own. Our focus includes those experiencing energy poverty in North Central Texas. Our scope includes Blockchain Transactive Energy (BCTE), ERCOT’s Aggregated DER pilot, storage, energy efficiency, smart grid, & EV charging
